Skilled Migration is designed to fill specific skilled occupation shortages.  You must be able to prove you meet the requirements for one of those skilled occupations.

You cannot apply for this class of visa if do not meet basic DIMIA requirements

How do I determine if I meet the requirements

(whereas Skilled Independent will take one year to assess).

What can a Registered Migration Agent do that an offshore agency cant do
